Structure and Organization
IGCF is designed to be a youth-driven organization at every level. Governed by a Board of Trustees that includes young innovators, scholars, and leaders, the institute’s leadership team is composed of dynamic youth who are passionate about making a difference. The Executive Director, alongside a team of young, ambitious researchers, will lead thematic divisions focused on economic growth, governance reforms, security, human development, climate change, and international diplomacy, ensuring that all initiatives are led by youth and for youth.
